Every battery, inverter and heat pump on a site has its own quirks, its own protocol, its own register map, its own way of failing. That's what normally blocks a fast go-live, and what breaks quietly once you're live: an asset drops offline and nobody notices until the numbers stop adding up. norbert solves both. Every asset ships pre-integrated, so wiring one up is the only step left before a site goes live, and once it is, norbert is watching every connection so a failure gets caught and routed around before it becomes downtime.

Configuring, deploying and maintaining a microgrid doesn't require an engineer anymore. Anyone can do it with norbert. Allow your top players to focus on what actually matters.

Edge controller failover. If the primary edge controller goes down, a standby takes over automatically. Apps keep running and every safety bound stays enforced through the handoff.
